The property was excellent - very clean and in a safe location. Good facilities including a washer dryer, full kitchen, basic amenities, large garden and good WiFi. Parking was available. the hosts were excellent in communicating and were helpful with any queries.
Felt like a true getaway, nothing too much trouble.

The 2-bedroom house near Etihad is seriously stunning! The rooms are super cozy and beautifully decorated, making you feel right at home. The super fast Wi-Fi is a game-changer. You can easily stream your favorite shows or catch up on work without any annoying lag. Having free parking is a huge bonus. It's so convenient not having to worry about finding a spot in the bustling city center.
Personally, I found the bathroom a bit small. But hey, it's just my opinion and others might not mind.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. It was very clean and located in a safe area. The house had excellent facilities, including a washer dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. We loved the large garden and the super fast WiFi. The availability of parking was also a huge plus. The hosts were great at communicating and were very helpful with any queries we had. the hotel offered good cleanliness, great facilities, convenient parking, and helpful staff.

We stayed at a stunning 2-bedroom house just minutes away from the city centre and the Etihad Stadium. the property was impeccably clean and located in a safe area. Inside, we were delighted to find excellent facilities, including a washer dryer, a fully equipped kitchen, basic amenities, a spacious garden. the added bonus of parking made it incredibly convenient for us to get around. The hosts, Anthony and Caroline, were exceptional in their communication and went out of their way to assist us with any queries we had. Cons: Nothing at all. 🌟.
